RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria is one of the most important aspects to apply for the RRB NTPC recruitment drive. The candidates must satisfy various eligibility criteria like age, educational qualification, and nationality. The candidate who fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria their application forms will be rejected by the board.

  • Nationality / Citizenship: Candidates must be nationals of India, Nepal, Bhutan.
  • For the undergraduate level posts, the minimum age limit is 18 year and the maximum age limit is 30 years.
  • For graduate-level posts, the minimum age limit is 18 years and the minimum age is 33 years.
  • Education: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and for certain posts, should have at least passed the 12th Std.
  • Physical Fitness: Candidates should pass certain medical standards as prescribed by the RRB.

RRB NTPC Eligibility of Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates applying for the RRB NTPC exam must note that the RRB has specified several educational criteria depending on the post for which a candidate is applying. Candidates must have at least minimum education qualifications as indicated in the table below from a recognized university board.

The candidates who are called for the document verification have to pass the physical fitness test conducted by Railway Administration. The candidates who are fit to carry out the duties are considered in the merit list. The visual standard is one of the important criteria of a physical fitness test. Below are the medical standards.
