Machu Picchu	Cuzco Region, Peru	It is about 8,000 feet (2,430 meters) above sea level and was constructed in the 15th-century Incan estate for the emperor Pachacuti.

Taj Mahal	Agra, India	Beautiful mausoleum built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to commemorate the death of his wife Mumtaj Mahal. It was commissioned in 1632.
